How to register to the Fleet Europe Days ?

All registrations will be made through our single registration platform. The platform is valid for any part of the Fleet Europe Days: Remarketing Summit, Fleet Europe Summit, IFMI, etc.

What is included in my ticket ?

Your ticket will include access to the different parts/sessions that you register for.
This means that your access will differ depending on your registration. YOU decide what you want to attend and pay accordingly.

Your are a fleet/mobility customer and want to make sure you have access to IFMI or Global Fleet Managers Club? Please select that option in your registration form.

Please be aware that travels, commute and accommodations are NEVER included in the ticket fee.

What are the late bird* prices?

We have decided to accommodate those who register closer to the event date instead of marking the event as « sold out ».

However, late registrations involve extra costs for our organization. To cover these additional costs, we decided to increase the ticket price for suppliers registering in this final week leading up to the event. From October 8th, the full access ticket will be 1 950€ and the single-day ticket will be 1 500€.

Are there specific discounts ?

If you are a fleet/mobility customer, you can enter our hosted buyer program to benefit from a free ticket to the event. More information here.

Other discounts include sponsor, speakers, jury member or award applicant invitations.
All of the discount codes can be applied at checkout.

Is there an early bird price ?

Yes! Register before 1st September 2025 and benefit from our early bird prices.

What are the payment methods ?

At the end of the registration process, you can pay via credit card.*

Please, note that for any ticket to be valid, payment needs to be received BEFORE the start of the event.

*If you prefer to pay by invoice (bank transfer), please contact us directly at contact@nexuscommunication.be and include your billing information. An administrative fee may apply when choosing this payment method.

What is the deadline for registration ?

We will close the registrations around 10 October 2025.

However, we expect some parts of the event to be sold out. If you want to guarantee your seat, we suggest that you register ASAP.
